What payment options does Surepak offer?

Surepak accepts Visa and Mastercard credit payments over the phone, on-line, or in person at our warehouses. Cash payments are also accepted at any of our 4 warehouses. ABN holders are welcome to open a 30 day invoice account, pending account application approval. Please note all first orders for new account customers will be treated as COD. A copy of our credit application can be requested by emailing sales@surepak.com.au

Does Surepak issue credit notes?

Our Returns Policy states that goods can be returned to our warehouses within 14 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. Credit notes will be issued for any returns less any freight costs. Special order or custom products are not returnable and no credit notes will be given unless the error has been caused by Surepak.

Faulty products can be returned within 14 days. Once confirmed, a full refund to the credit card provided on check out will be processed within 7 business days.

What are Surepak’s bank details?

Our bank details are below and can also be found on the left hand bottom corner of each invoice, please be sure to include your Invoice Reference Number in your description when paying online.
